The school cannot guarantee job placement, but actively assists students to find entry-level HVAC careers with local contractors.
Students will abide by the written conduct code. Disputes are handled by the Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish County, Everett, WA.
If more than 4 classes are unexcused absences, the student is placed on probation. An additional unexcused absence will cause termination from the program.
Note: Attendance is critical. More than 4 unexcused absences triggers probation; a 5th results in program termination.
PASS / NO PASS system. Approximately 15 tasks per week for ACHP courses. Each task must be proficiently demonstrated to the instructor prior to sign-off. EPA Seminar is informational only.
Commercial shops of nearly 1,400 sq ft with 12 workbench stations for teams of 2 students, equipped with general hand tools of the trade.
24 students per session.
The school does not have financial aid, and does not accept PELL grants, student loans, or veteran funding.

The refund policy follows the requirements as set forth by Washington State Law. The $100 deposit is fully refundable if canceled within 5 business days.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your seat. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 5 business days of signing. Payment in full is due by the first night of class.
Payment summary: $100 refundable deposit required at enrollment. Full balance due on the first night of class.
Upon completion of the respective Tasks for Success, a Certification of Completion will be awarded for each class completed.
Prior credit may be given for applicable previous education and training. Students may challenge items on the first day of class.
Student transcripts are kept at the HVAC School and made available to the student and others as provided under the law.
This school is licensed under Chapter 28C.10 RCW.
